Words from the Zillah Bell Gallery
It is with sadness that we have to announce the death of gallery artist, Gillian Ross-Kelsey, after a short illness.
Gillian graduated from Camberwell School of Art before being award her MA at Nottingham Trent University.
Her work is bold, expressive and colourful – just like Gillian herself.
She compulsively and impulsively painted throughout her life and in 2023 we were privileged to hold a major retrospective of her work from her student days until the present – a fascinating insight into the development of an intuitive painter.
